Quality Head Job Duties:

1. Monitoring the production line and doing periodic Quality Control checks
2. Applying improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality.
3. Weekly Meet with service Engineering, Production Manager to discuss with the quality issues & solutions.
4. Make the timeline and run on with Planning & production team for delivery deadline.
5. Write a report on production, to check the quality status of the product at all stage of production.
6. Make the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) for better productivity.
7. Periodical review & Fulfilling ISO accreditation requirements.
8. Auditing materials provided by suppliers to assure quality before use into the various places.
9. Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions
10. Utilising wide knowledge of the product's inner workings to identify problems.
11. Maintain Record of CMM program and its Calibration Certificate.
12. Train & Manage new Quality Control employees
13. Set the standard for quality as well as Health & Safety.
